BM16F machine is a medium-sized orbital hydraulic riveting machine, besides the utilization of the fifth generation technology, the machine is also equipped with screw lift table (Stationary Base part), the table has a trapezoidal groove clamps for the riveting die.
The orbital riveting machine is a riveting equipment based on cold forming technology. By rotating the rivet head at a 4 angle and applying axial pressure, the material of the rivet head undergoes uniform plastic deformation, forming a high-strength connection with a predetermined shape (such as crown, flange, etc.). Suitable for various ductile materials such as steel, aluminum, copper, plastic, etc., especially suitable for high-precision, no thermal deformation riveting needs, widely used in the automotive, aerospace, electronic and electrical, and general industrial fields.
