This riveting machine is used for riveting processing of brake shoes (plates) of high-speed trains, and the equipment has X, Y, and Z axis control. The machine is welded with square steel pipes and steel plates, and necessary stability treatment is carried out. The outside of the frame is covered with rigid plates to meet the design requirements and relevant standards.
JM12Q-A aircraft brake pad riveting machine is special designed for China Southern Airline Service Department developed special purpose riveting machine for process aircraft brake pad, this machine can process various specifications and types of aircraft brake pad such as Boeing aircraft, McDonnell aircraft, and airbus etc.
The purpose design of model BM9W is for processing brake shoes and linings, especially for heavy duty truck brake shoesand linings. Due to the brake shoes is heavy and difficult to carry by manual that the machine style by horizontal and putthe brake shoe and lining on workbench by horizontal direction.
