The operation process in automatic mode is:
Insert the workpiece with both hands, start the tensioning cylinder, tighten the wedging cylinder, clamp one side of the plate with a clamping cylinder, clamp one side with a pressing cylinder, press one riveting cylinder, rivet one riveting cylinder, return one pressing cylinder, retract one cherry blossom tightening cylinder, retract one tensioning cylinder, retract one side of the plate with a clamping cylinder, release one side of the plate with a clamping cylinder, remove the workpiece, and complete riveting
