Small PLC controller realizes closed-loop control, grating displacement sensor, and real-time detection of riveting head position. At the same time as participating in program control, real-time position data will be displayed on the main interface, with a position control repetition accuracy of plus or minus 0.02mm.
The precision stroke control riveting machine is the third generation riveting machine developed by our company.
Equipment performance: stable, safe, meets the requirements of riveting process, the riveting head has no self rotation , the coaxiality tolerance of the spindle centerline is 0.15mm, and the tolerance of the spindle centerline to the worktable plane is 0.2mm/100mm.
