A.Product Description：
This equipment is used for riveting composite material cone components, with a thin-walled cone shape. The specific dimensions are the large end with a diameter of 1010mm, the small end with a diameter of 926mm, and the wall thickness with a diameter of 4.04mm-2.6mm.
B.Processing content：
Rivet the installation seat parts, shell installation seat parts, and rivet the installation edges at both ends to the shell. The types of rivets used for riveting are stainless steel countersunk head rivets (1Cr18Ni9Ti), with specifications of 3mm, 3.5mm, and 5mm respectively
C.Function：
● Direct hydraulic press.
● Equipped with a workpiece pre pressing device, the workpiece is tightly pressed and riveted to the shell.
● Quick replacement of riveting tool.
● Adjustment of hand wheel lead screw for lower riveting pin.
● Hydraulic lifting, system pressure, master cylinder pressure, clamping cylinder pressure, lower rivet head lifting control, lifting speed, lifting stroke, etc. can be manually set and adjusted.
