ZDM-2 (Clutch plate riveting machine)

A.    Brief of machine:

      The equipment is manufactured in accordance with the strict ISO9001:2000 quality system, which is used for riveting process of automobile clutches. The workpiece is placed on the rotary disk, and the PLC programmable controller centrally controls the detection and riveting process of the product.

B.    Main Composition of Equipment:

     The automatic riveting system is mainly composed of a rivets mechanism, a rivets  pressing mechanism, a rotating device, a riveting machine, a product positioning mechanism, a balancing device, a rivet missing  detection, a pneumatic and electrical part of an aluminum profile protection frame.

1.    Rivets feed system
       Select rivets by vibrating plate and pneumatic robotic arm send rivet to clutch
        holes.


2.    Rotary device
      The rotary device uses a digitally controlled reducer to mount and fix the
       rotary disk on the rotary device.


3.    Riveting device.
       Riveting process by model BM16 and put under the workbench ,riveting
       process from bottom to top.


4.    Balance device
       The balancing device utilizes the principle of slider movement, completed by
       2 sets of cylinder both stretch tightening/clamping. Before riveting start to
       tighten the rotary disk to ensure that the force is not on CNC reducer.

5.    Rivet missing detection

       Rivet missing detection is mainly by contact sensor to detect whether the rivet
       is assembled to the friction plate hole.


6.    Electrical part / pneumatic part / protective frame
       The electrical parts and pneumatic device are placed to the under of machine
        base, and parameter adjustment and display through touch screen above the
        machine.

D.    The main operating steps.  

        1.    Put both outer ring and inner ring to the rotary disc and rubber cover
                through the tooling, put rivets to vibrating device.


        2.    Put the workpiece into the fixture and fix it.

        3.    The tooling support is loaded and the wedge device acts end against the
               end of rivet.


        4.    Riveting device to move and start to riveting process

        5.    Riveting head return after finished process and wedge device is back to
               finish one point process.


        6.    Manual rotary indexing.

        7.    Continue to perform 2.3 actions.

        8.    The program finish automatically when the counter reached the setted
               amount.

        1.    Power supply: 380V ,50HZ ,3-phase , 4-wire system.

        2.    Ambient temperature 10°-40°.

        3.    Relative humidity±85%.

        4.    Noise 80 decibels.
