Brake shoe riveitng machine of high speed train(JM16L-PLC)

        This riveting machine is used for riveting processing of brake shoes (plates) of high-speed trains, and the equipment has X, Y, and Z axis control. The machine is welded with square steel pipes and steel plates, and necessary stability treatment is carried out. The outside of the frame is covered with rigid plates to meet the design requirements and relevant standards.

D.Positioning and installation fixture (1 -set)
    Ensure the positioning of workpieces that require riveting through positioning installation;
    The positioning fixture is installed on 2-D CNC workbench

The workflow is as follows:
1 Power on, system returns to zero;
2 At the manual operation position of the equipment, the operator places the parts on the positioning fixture (4 pieces);
3 Start the equipment and it will automatically feed the positioning fixture and workpiece to the starting riveting position and lo       ck it;
4 Riveting tool descent for riveting (descent distance can be set);
5 Complete single point riveting when the riveting tool descends to the set riveting position;
6 Control the action of the riveting oil cylinder and retract it (the retraction distance can be set);
7 Move the workpiece and fixture vertically and horizontally to the next riveting point;
8 Repeat steps 2.4 to 2.7 of the work;
9 The equipment is qualified when 24 points of riveting are completed in one clamping of the product;
10 After riveting is completed, the equipment automatically moves the positioning fixture and workpiece to the manual operati       on position;
11 End a riveting job;

Control sytem:
The entire system is centrally controlled by a PLC programmable controller. The control quantity mainly includes the following aspects:
1.The workflow and sequence of the entire equipment;
2.The amount of left and right movement of the 2-D workbench;
3.The amount of downward and upward positions of riveting pin;
4.Security assurance system;
5.Zero reference, etc
6.The data input of the electronic control system is provided by the LCD touch screen.

1.Each motion mechanism is equipped with limit switches;
2.Two handed switch and emergency stop switch;
3.Each motion mechanism has mechanical hard limit measures;
