     Features of riveting machine: 1. Small PLC controller realizes closed-loop control, grating displacement sensor, and real-time detection of riveting head position. At the same time as participating in program control, real-time position data will be displayed on the main interface, with a position control repetition accuracy of plus or minus 0.02mm. The hydraulic system has added pressure sensors and proportional valves, which generally have pressure compensation performance. Therefore, its output pressure and flow rate can be unaffected by load changes, making its pressure control repeatability accuracy within 3%. 2. The device has three control modes: time control, position control, and pressure control. 3. There are slight upward and downward movements, as well as single riveting and cyclic riveting. The control system of this machine reserves multiple attachments and auxiliary equipment output interfaces, in addition to automatic lubrication pumps, safety light curtains, two handed buttons, and mobile fixture fixtures for integrated control of the entire machine.
