The daily maintenance of riveting machines

Avoid overloading:

 1.Do not process workpieces beyond the nominal capacity of the equipment to prevent damage 

    to the equipment.

 2.The length of the rivet head cannot exceed the specified length tolerance to ensure the quality

     of riveting.

 Hydraulic oil management:

1.Hydraulic oil should be replaced regularly, usually once a year, and kept clean and hygienic.

2.Check if the sound of the hydraulic station switch is normal to ensure stable operation of the 

    hydraulic system.

 Lubrication and maintenance:

 1.The guide rails of the equipment should be coated with butter once a month to maintain lubrication

    and rust prevention.

 2.The radial riveting machine should regularly lubricate the spherical pair, gear shaft, and gear ring.

 3.The pneumatic riveting machine should ensure that the lubricating oil of the aerosol lubrication 

    device drips normally.

 Rivet head management:

 1.The installation and removal of rivet heads should be done gently, avoiding the use of brute force

      to pull them out, in order to prevent damage to the equipment.

 2.Regularly check whether the rivet head is intact and clean the metal bonding material on the rivet

     head to ensure the quality of riveting.

 Equipment inspection and maintenance:

 1.Regularly check the fixation and connection of each part of the equipment to ensure stable operation.

 2.In case of abnormal situations such as abnormal noise, oil leakage, etc., the machine should be 

    stopped immediately for maintenance until the fault is eliminated.

 3.The shutdown operation should be standardized, including turning off the power and gas valves,

     wiping the machine, and keeping it clean.

 Other precautions:

 1.Do not work under high voltage for a long time to prevent equipment from overheating or damage.

 2.For technically complex riveting equipment, it is recommended to conduct regular maintenance

    according to the training and guidance provided by the manufacturer's technical personnel.

 3.By following the above daily maintenance measures, the long-term stable operation of the riveting 

    machine can be ensured and the service life of the equipment can be extended.
